Assembly paste for stainless steel cutting ring fittings
Information:
For the error free assembly of ES cutting ring fittings, it is very important to grease the cutting ring as well as the thread of the union nut. PASTE ES would be most suited for this application. PASTE ES is a white paste on the basis of synthetic lubricant. It contains high pressure and high temperature resistant ceramic components through which even under extreme operating conditions, metal parts under pressure (e.g. threads) can easily be separated again.
Advantages:
•prevents corrosion and seizure,
•resistance to acids, alkalis, chemicals, fresh water and seawater at temperatures from -20°C to max. +1400°C,
•seals threads, flanges and housings,
•saves costs due to easy loosening of connected parts (even after years), less time and less breakage

Tip:
For food industry applications, we recommend Loctite product 8014
